The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.

Pricing
- Prices shown on the Website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) only.
- Except for obvious errors, product prices are subject to those stated on the website. Although we make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on the Website are accurate, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them. If we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be deemed cancelled.
- For the avoidance of doubt, HE’s Workshop reserves the right to adjust prices on the Website from time to time without prior notice.
Order Processing
- We will only process and ship orders on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard delivery orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
- We only provide delivery services to Hong Kong/Macau/Mainland China. Some areas may require additional charges. Overseas areas require additional shipping fees. Please contact us for relevant information before placing an order.
- Under normal commercial reasonableness, we will do our best to process the order within the estimated time mentioned above, but we cannot guarantee that the estimated time will be met and we will not be liable for any delay.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Events beyond our control
- HE's Workshop shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond HE's Workshop's reasonable control.
Return Policy
If customers found problems with items purchased on our website (e.g. damage, wrong product/quantity... etc.), please send an email to sales@hesworkshop.com after confirming that the return conditions are met, we guarantee to return the relevant products. sales@hesworkshop.com 在確認符合退貨條件後,我們保證退貨相關商品。
- 訂單一經確認,恕不能更改或取消。
If the selected product is out of stock after placing an order, the out-of-stock product will be removed from the order and a refund will be arranged.
If customers needed to arrange a return, please contact us by email within 7 days from the date of receipt and provide the product order number, order date, reason for return and contact information for inquiry.
Please note that no returns will be arranged in the following situations:
1. Received the product more than 7 days
2. The product has been opened or used
3. Non-product quality issues
4. Any free gifts and testers and non-selling items
5. Discount products
Essential oils are extracted from naturally grown plants. Therefore, the same variety picked at different times will have different smells and colors due to different seasons, soils, environments, etc. If you request a return or exchange for the above reasons, we will not accept it.
If the product is not suitable for the customer, or if the customer has skin allergies after using the product, we will not assume any responsibility and will not provide returns or exchanges.
Once we have checked whether the purchased goods meet the return terms, we will contact the customer to arrange the relevant return procedures. Customers are responsible for arranging third-party logistics to return the goods (in both directions) and paying all shipping costs, including returning the wrong product as well as the correct product.
We will be responsible for the return of goods (one way) due to our error, and the return address will be the delivery address shown on the order. If due to other reasons, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
In case of any disputes, HE's workshop reserves the right to make final decision.
